Got a new toy today. A "beginner level" 55-250mm zoom lens. I had been looking at a 70-200mm f2.8 but it costs like $1200. Got this one for $200 and it has image stabilization. It will serve the purpose of learning how to use it and getting shots of the cats without them knowing it. Usually when they're being all cute and I pull the camera out, the cuteness ends and they disperse. Now with a sweet zoom they'll never even know:)
